TIME COMMITMENT
We are all volunteers with full lives & many work full time (or are happily enjoying retirement!). We aim to keep board time commitments light overall throughout the year with usually quarterly meetings and most communications done via email. These increase during summer production planning and in the months leading up to a show.
Board members tend to take on a production or even acting role within the annual June production but that’s entirely optional. This works out to 1 evening rehearsal a week usually starting in January or February which increases to twice a week once rehearsals pick up.
Overall, we help each other so everyone feels good about their role & responsibilities so it is a joy to help created musical theatre and balances well with our lives.
